Bogus firm using our address and partner names and photos
It has come to our attention that a website falsely claiming to be that of a law firm called 'Morgan Chambers' has used our postal address at Adam House, Birmingham Road, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY10 2SH. That website is suggesting that such a law firm exists and operates from our postal address. It has also misused the names and photographs of some of our genuine partners, including Javed Ahmed, Justin Parker, Nichola Wilson and Stephen Wyer; and those of a former employee, Yasmin Yau-Karim. It also claims that a 'Dion J Robbins', with whom we have no connection, is employed there as an associate.
We can confirm that Morgan Chambers is a bogus firm and does not exist. We have reported this to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) who have confirmed that such a firm does not exist. The SRA are investigating this and have published an alert which can be found at the link below:
We are the only law firm/business which operates from our postal address and which engages Javed Ahmed, Justin Parker, Nichola Wilson and Stephen Wyer. We and such individuals have no connection with the bogus firm, or with Dion J Robbins. Should you receive any correspondence quoting this address and/or any of the afore-mentioned names from any other person, firm or business, please contact us immediately on 01562 820181 and ask to speak to a partner. We can then make the appropriate report.
