Beth is an experienced hand, who advises developers, landowners, investors and tenants.

Beth advises on all aspects of commercial property, from development to investment, acting for landowners, developers and investors.

Beth has particular experience advising on the preparation and management of sites in readiness for sale and/or development for mixed uses, including industrial, residential (Build to Rent and student accommodation), community and education uses and retail. She also advises on the acquisition, letting and sale of medical centres and the acquisition and sale of sites for the construction of battery storage facilities and short term operating reserve schemes.

Beth’s recent work with her clients includes offering support with the following:

Setting up the promotion and drawdown process for a landowner of over 100 acres of greenfield land being brought forward for residential development in Worcestershire;
Negotiating the sale of several large multi-tenanted plots of land in Birmingham city centre for development, such agreements being conditional on planning for redevelopment being granted. Beth works closely with her clients to monitor progress and ensure that vacant possession is secured in tandem with the developer being ready to proceed with its acquisition;
Facilitating the development of several sites, from the negotiation of option agreements for each site to the sale of each development-ready site to various funds.
