Kennedy is a Solicitor within the Firm’s Family Division, based at our Kidderminster office.

Kennedy enjoys a busy and varied family law practice, advising clients on a broad range of family matters including divorce, finances, private children matters and nuptial agreements. 

Kennedy obtained her First Class Law degree from the University of Nottingham where she won the John Hooper & Co award for academic excellence in Family Law. She went on to achieve a Distinction in her LPC LLM at the University of Law in Birmingham before joining the Firm as Trainee in 2020.

In 2023, Kennedy’s knowledge and expertise beyond her years saw her shortlisted as Worcestershire Law Society’s Junior Solicitor of the year.

Areas of Expertise:

Kennedy advises clients on a full range of issues arising out of divorce and separation. These include financial settlements and arrangements for children, including complex and sensitive matters involving allegations of domestic abuse and paternal alienation.

Kennedy also supports clients in respect of domestic violence injunctions under the Family Law Act.

She also acts for clients in the preparation of Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements, Living Together Agreements and Separation Agreements

Kennedy’s client-focused approach recognises that each client is dealing with a unique set of circumstances with different aims and objectives. Kennedy prides herself on an attention for detail and an ability to provide practical, forward thinking advice to assist clients in finding the best solution in a proportionate and cost-effective way.
