Peter Stephens

Peter is a partner in the Private Client Division. He qualified as a solicitor in 1995.  He was a partner at Phillips & Co Ludlow before its merger with mfg in 2013.  He is based in the Ludlow Office.

Areas of expertise:

He specialises in Wills, Trusts, Administration of Estates, Estate Planning and associated Tax considerations.

He is experienced in work involving the Office of the Public Guardian, the Court of Protection, the appointment of Deputies, Powers of Attorney and advising the elderly and vulnerable. In appropriate circumstances, he acts as Attorney or Deputy for clients.

He has also for many years also dealt with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property, including Agricultural Property transactions.
