She has experience in the vast range of factors that come into play with residential development transactions and frequently advises on immediate and strategic land acquisition, planning matters, promotion and development agreements, infrastructure agreements and funding considerations. She is therefore able to tailor her advice to suit strategies on a site by site basis and ensure that your exit plan is delivered commercially and within tight timeframes.
As well as residential-led schemes, Rhiannon also has experience with a general range of commercial property transactions including mixed-use developments, investment transactions and finance agreements. Rhiannon also acts for several large asset management clients frequently acting for large portfolio landlords and dealing with general disposals and acquisitions.
