Scott Vanes

Senior Associate

Scott is a Senior Associate within the Firm’s Private Client Division and is based at the Kidderminster office. He has experience of all aspects of Private Client work, specialising in Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, & the administration of estates.

Scott’s particular areas of expertise include Wealth and Lifetime Inheritance Tax Planning, including acting for high-net-worth clients with estates usually including business and agricultural property. Scott is also able to assist with trust formation and ongoing trust administration.

Scott works closely with individuals in other divisions of the firm, and believes strongly in the importance of working with Client’s other professional advisers, to ensure that Clients receive well rounded advice.

Scott is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
